While we were in South Beach for the Food & Wine Festival we took some awesome interviews with Celebrity Chefs from the Food Network and the Cooking Channel. Here's an exclusive clip with Chuck Hughes from "Chuck's Eat the Street" and "Chuck's Day Off". He gave us some great recommendations on where to eat in Miami Beach. www.flavcity.com

We also caught up with Sunny Anderson from The FoodNetwork at the Sirius XM launch party for Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian's new radio show. Sunny has two things in mind when she thinks of South Beach flavors - spicy (like her) and citrusy!

We bumped into Spike Mendelsohn of Top Chef fame at the celebrity chef volleyball tournament. He channeled his youth when thinking of the SoBe flavors. For him they ultimately are sexy and sassy!
